SMS is a separate credit. Messages to your clients come out of credit you buy when you need it, and it's only spent on what you send. It's not in the plan price because people who don't use it shouldn't have to pay for it.

Before you start
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can use your phone, you can use this. The first time you sign in, a guided tour shows you where everything is.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, that's where it was designed first. It works on your phone and your computer, and the app for the stores is on its way.
Is the app in English?
Not yet. The app, its emails and the legal documents are in Portuguese for now. This page is in English so you can see what Prissia does before you sign up.
I already have clients in another app. Do I lose the list?
No. You can import the list you already have, from another scheduling app or a spreadsheet, and start with your clients already there, without typing them in one by one.
Can I add my team?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own account, has their own schedule and only sees what their role allows.
Can my clients book on their own?
No. Your team records the appointment. Your conversation with the client stays where it already is, and Prissia organizes what comes through it.
Do I take payments through the app?
No. Amounts are recorded so you stay in control. The money doesn't go through here, and there are no hidden fees.
Is my data safe?
Each studio only sees its own data, and access is by account with its own password. No one on your team signs in with someone else's password.
